Scuba diving can be enjoyed by all healthy people who have no inner ear problems.  Certainly, you should consult with your PADI certified scuba instructor if you have any questions or concerns about your health.  Some people find they have problems with pressurizing their nasal passages and the sport becomes a little difficult to enjoy at depths.
